At Notino we use Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud every day for almost everything, well at least CRM related everything. For segmentations, scenarios, reporting, customer properties and event tracking. Mostly everything (well okay about 80%) I need for my work I find at Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud. It helps us track customer activities on web, how they react on our emails or PNS or SMS, even weblayers. I can target very precisely every campaign. I can even make dynamic content thanks to jinja programing in email webhooks. Or make multichannel campaigns or multilevel campaigns that can be active for months (or even years) and can target new and new audiences and then track the results of the campaign.

Automatization has Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud on very high level, we are able to set up over 20 different fully automatized long term campaigns that require very few adjustments over time and we are working on more and more. Also segmentations is on amazing level. I never worked with such an accurate level of customer segmentation. Where I think Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud could be better is reporting, some detailed lookups for me are difficult to set even as a data analyst. I hoped Loome would help me with that, but since Notino has so many custom adjustments, Loome does not work very well with them.

Cart abandonment emails, AI-powered recommendations and predictions (upsell), almost sold out banner, timed emails and one-time special offers are all excellently integrated into Bloomreach Engagement. The fact that we have all of these easy to use tools in platform really makes the performance high level. Since integrating Bloomreach Engagement into our system and data, our marketing, specifically targeting of customers, has had a huge impact on the accuracy of our marketing approach. The difference between other automated marketing tools that we tried and Bloomreach Engagement are clearly significant. The staff and platform have proven to be critical for our business and revenue.

DFS uses Bloomreach for a one stop shop to reach customers and analyse our data. We build out prospective Google audiences and marketing emails which are trigger or segmentation-based. It allows us to analyse customer data through reports, build out clever segmentation to target along with setting up unique strands of personalisation. It is a one-stop platform for us to see live customer data and make clever business decisions.

I would certainly recommend it as a data / customer comms platform as it's very clever the only reason for a drop in point is some areas are not user friendly and take a lot of learning/training to use i.e. reporting and analysis areas.

We use to coordinate crm campaign via email and sms in order to increase retention. Bloomreach has lot of tools to help build the campaigns according to the project and good reports to check metrics and KPIs. Also, the support is easy and quick, the team is always available to help and give the resolution I need.

We're using Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud engagement for Newsletter journeys, customer segmentation, personalisation, re-activation and audience integration for Google and Meta. Still working on many scenarios for Recommendations, Whatsapp and Mobile App push integration and other personalized user journeys. It's helping us to keep improving our performance by better serving our consumers in a nice way.

As an CRM professional, I know the struggle of juggling multiple tools to reach customers across different channels. That's why I was thrilled to discover Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud and its multichannel possibilities. It's a game-changer, letting me manage segmentations, email campaigns, push notifications, SMS marketing, and even personalized web weblayers, metrics, scenarios, reporting, etc. – all from a single platform. The real magic for me how intuitive is to work with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud. From segmentation (based on the SQL principles), scenarios, and so much more. It's so easy to create highly targeted customer groups based on their behavior, interests, and purchase history. Reporting is also great, but here I find there is some space for improvement. While individual country reports have been helpful, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud's new multilevel reporting is a lifesaver. Now I can analyze combined performance data to get a true big-picture view of how my marketing efforts are performing. Honestly, with so much on my plate, I haven't been able to dive into every feature yet, but I'm already convinced Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is going to streamline my processes and drive significant growth for my skills and Notino itself.

I use Bloomreach at work to track sessions across different units per brand/page/per category. It also helps that I see the journey that a customer takes from the moment they reach the homepage to the product. Quick details like average pcs sold per order, and average value also help me understand the profile of our loyal customers.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is used daily as our CRM platform which houses over 1 million accounts. This platform also collects custom events per customer to provide us with actionable data to craft personalized marketing campaigns. In addition to the CRM services, we also use Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for email production and delivery. By connecting the data to the email campaigns, we are able to ensure we are providing the best engagement for our customers, or armed with optimized data to make needed adjustments.
  • Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is great at capturing and storing customer event data. Through the customizable filters, I am able to pull segments and track customer engagement through this information.
  • Though complicated, the design of the platform is easy to navigate. The organization of tabs makes logical sense.
  • The visual design building platform for emails is highly flawed. There are formatting issues that sometimes changes during live sends.
  • While understanding the platform and use of data is completely customizable per account. There are a variety of ways to perform the same task (create filters or conditions) that is sometimes makes it difficult to know which way is the best way. The blog typically shares general information about the functions, which I don't always find as helpful.
This platform is well suited for managing data and providing optimized strategies for customer engagement.

However, I do not believe it is well suited for the email design function as the visual builder is very limited with it's capabilities.

Our team uses Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for emailmarketing automation. We are planning to use the platform to conduct a/b testing on our website. Twice a week we can, because of this platform, send mails in 7 different languages. Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud takes alot of pressure from our small team. We work with 3 colleagues, but a lot more sendinglists and journeys. Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud makes our productivity and output quite high.

  • How easy the program is to learn to someone else. The organized layout helps a lot.

Well, I think it is a well suited platform if you want to work with a lot of personalisation options. From what I have heard it is also suiable for fast growing companies with a large base. Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud has been instrumental in the solving of a number of issues for example Multilanguage mailing (we have 5 labels and 14 languages) , scalability, ease of us - (we have new recruits who work with the tool and teaching them how to use it is very easy), time to market issues and many other things.

Bloomreach has it all CDP, Automation and ESP. Very intuitive and easy to use. The support team is very helpful and running scenarios is easy. Data is organised nicely due to hard identifiers and soft identifiers. The ability to create HTML blocks and reuse them across all campaigns (header/footer) is a great time saver.

It is very well suited to companies that are e-commerce based. We primarily use Bloomreach for mailing, web layers, metrics, and funnels. As a webhosting company, targeting clients and offering services is more challenging. We can't just provide discounts like companies selling clothing; we must do it in a way that people understand why they need a server or domain. Through mailing, we aim to alert clients to technical changes, cross-sell or remind them about abandoned carts. Funnels are mainly used to track trends, as we operate in multiple countries and need to identify any issues. We have created segments of people and are working on RFM. We want to focus on recommendations and a catalog, which we currently do not have. Bloomreach offers a lot, and leveraging everything is difficult, mainly due to technical and time constraints.

The big advantage of the tool is that it's "a Swiss knife." I would recommend it because one can find many features in one place and manage the website, email, and analytics from a single platform. It allows testing experiments, A/B tests, and more. A downside could be that it's such a complex tool that a company needs at least one or more dedicated individuals solely for the Bloomreach tool. For larger companies, this is fine, but for smaller ones, it could be a disadvantage.

It's the head platform for CRM where communications happen through the sales funnel - from Bloomreach to customers. We create segmentations - automate scenarios - analyze data - A/B tests. We create engagement and convert content. We send customer lists matching specific attributes to Google Ads for algorithm learning. We create popups and weblayers on the website. We use it to send out emails to our customers. to evaluate and analyze the customer base. We use it for questionaries. We also use Bloomreach for automated emails and weekly guides to our customers (email guides they receive every week to guide them through the parenting journey).

It is well suited for big corporations that need personalization and AI to support the business, and for e-shops. Since we don't have such a big database I don't feel like we can use all of the functionalities. Learning with the program is also quite challenging, especially without any "academy" or long training. It takes some time (months) to learn to navigate the system by yourself.

The marketing automation capabilities of Bloomreach work well. Email, SMS, and paid advertising can all be looped into tailored automated marketing flows. The challenge with Bloomreach is the lack of out-of-the-box reporting solutions and the complexity of setting up reporting. Smaller businesses without the analytical capability in-house may struggle to use the full extent of the solution.

From Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, we use Engagement the most. Originally, its purpose was to set up mailing scenarios based on website visitors' activity and to capture leads for telemarketing department. Over time, we started using its web layers to offer pop-ups, especially on-exit, brought contact duplicate management into it and made a deeper dive into analytics, recommendations and predictions. We even created an automatic watchdog for products customer opens at least twice. Owing to the platform, we sorted out a comparison of ROI for specific advertising sources and figured out the real value of remarketing. Nowadays, we track pretty much all events related to a customer that occurr during our sales process through integration with our CRM and ERP systems. Such transition allowed our marketing team to access this information in a single interface and enabled them to make decisions as well as roll out new e-mail, sms, telephone, website, and advertising campaigns much quicker than before.

This is great for versatility and customising it to get exactly what you want, but it takes a dedicated focus to do it well.
