What is Continu?

Continu enables enterprise organizations to onboard, train, and develop both employees and external users (customers, vendors, partners) through extended enterprise learning capabilities. Instructors can import third-party learning content or create entire training courses using powerful eLearning authoring tools within a single platform. Human resource team members can automate onboarding processes and ramp up new hires much faster, freeing up thousands of hours of manual work. It centralizes an organization's learning and development initiatives into a single online (cloud-based) LMS that can be accessed at any time and anywhere.

The Continu platform is broken down into four sections:

  1. Create - Create engaging learning content: learning tracks, virtual (ILT) workshops, assessments, and wikis
  2. Share - Share and distribute training materials with using assignment, automation, and discovery features
  3. Connect - Connect to the tools already in use through LMS integrations, making them more valuable and boosting engagement
  4. Measure - Measure employee training progress in real-time through analytics, reports, and robust dashboards
