Sendoso offers a range of gifting choices, from egift cards to swag, to chocolates and celebratory bubbly. <br>The range of goods available means we are never stuck for choice when gifting our customers across the globe - super important for us!

If you are looking for a good value add gifting platform I can highly recommend Sendoso. Their services include fast delivery (for those gifts you forgot to send) and tracking of stock until it ends up in the right hands. An additional bonus is their warehousing capabilities in various locations - we utilize this in North America and Europe. Fabulous to have stock at your fingertips for when you need it!

We use Sendoso to send swag and gifts to our clients as well as internally for our team members - from onboarding to parental leave, bereavement and team celebrations, Sendoso helps us with it all. Sendoso helps to store inventory that we create for branded swag, it's also a great resource for sending flowers or plants to team, sending baby gifts from the third party vendors and gift cards with a click of a button!

For the most part when we have been curating our own swag and having it sent to the warehouse we have had great luck at keeping our costs minimal and then curating a holiday or themed swag box for our staff to be sent. The ease at which we can set up a build your own box and have it curated how we like is fantastic and super helpful. We love the touch of the "handwritten" notes as well! Our team always say they love these.

There have been a few instances where we had issues with Sendoso and how something was handled. One example is when we created and ordered glass travel mugs from KeepCup to be sent to our team. Some of them arrived damaged and they were rejected before we could even do anything about it, we were told after the fact and not given any ability to work with the Vendor for replacements and Sendoso with a plan to use the cups that were still in tact. Through this we lost 4 boxes of inventory and hundreds of dollars of swag for our team and clients - which doesn't sound like a lot but w are a small company and this has a bit impact on us. Not to mention resolving this issue then took 5+ months of admin power and time. In the end we didn't get much resolve and being the customer in the situation felt like we were in between two companies and their policies, KeepCup did all they could to work with us for a resolution but Sendoso didn't. We felt like we got the short end of the stick in this instance.

Sendoso helps reps like myself engage with customers by sending them corporate gifts, such as ubereats giftcards in exchange for their time to get a meeting booked or a basket of gourmet snacks to thank a client for their partnership. it is used fairly often across our entire sales org

I would recommend Sendoso to anyone that needs a corporate gifting software to streamline the process and strip out the need for cumbersome approvals and reimbursements. It's good because my company sets my monthly budget and I can use it as fit, and it rolls over if I don't so I can plan accordingly based on my future needs if I think one month I'll need more funds.

Sendoso helps make personal connections with your prospects and clients with intentional gifting and rewarding kind and helpful people who point you in the right direction.

Our booking to attendance has gone up and leveraging Sendoso paired with a few other solutions we have had record quarters back to back.

We use Sendoso for a wide variety of use cases and it's impactful at all stages of our funnel, from generating demand and inbound demo requests, down to retaining our most tenured clients. It's useful for several teams and purposes, including marketing, sales, and client success.

  • Syncing campaign status to Salesforce doesn't always work
We've seen great ROI with corporate gifting using Sendoso and it's definitely a staple in our strategy. On the marketing side, we've been able to increase engagement and demos significantly and we're planning on increasing the number of sends we do next year. The platform does lack some capabilities that allow you to see your touches as a whole. For example, to see what inventoried items are included in touch, you have to click through and go through the entire process that you did to create the touch (instead of being able to see it as a list view). Nonetheless, the pros outweigh the cons and Sendoso has been a great investment for our company.

We use Sendoso across our sales, marketing, and CS organizations. I help facilitate our marketing use case. The platform has been huge in helping out teams consolidate swag and gift sending to customers and prospects. It's great because it also helps our teams be less wasteful. Any left over swag can be inventoried and used by other teams OR can be saved for a future project. It's also enabled international gifting, making that much easier for our team. We use Sendoso as part of our customer marketing, HubSpot communities, solutions marketing, partner program, case study, and customer reference programs, and more.
  • Enabling international gifting -- particularly gift cards.
  • Local gifting -- the new Square integration allows us to give gifts local to the receiver's area.
  • Custom gift bundles. I love working with their send curation team.
  • Reporting could be more intuitive and integrate better with existing tools.
  • Some of the admin UI could be more intuitive, particularly allocating funds to individuals. I'd love to be able to do it from the funds management AND the team management view vs. just one place.
Sendoso is really well suited for custom swag bundles, international gift card sending, and US/EMEA-based physical sending. They are currently working to increase international physical gift options, which is great -- because it is lacking in some regions.

We use Sendoso for customer engagement and advocacy. Whenever a customer participates in our advocacy program and redeems points for rewards, that is fulfilled through Sendoso. We also send customers swag and gifts as a thank you when they participate in projects with us like provided product feedback, testimonials, or case studies.
  • The gift and swag options are good
  • Setting up a send int he interface is easy
  • Automated email updates about the send are valuable
  • Their gift card policy. A gift card should not be considered a successful send unless it is redeemed. It is ridiculous that opening an email is defined as a gift card being redeemed.
  • The interface isn't super intuitive. It's easy to set up a send but I find the overall look and feel of the platform to be a bit clunky and unpleasant to work in.
  • Improved service in more regions outside North America.
Sendoso was well suited to quickly send new customer welcome gifts, thank you gifts, and gift cards. However, be wary that a gift card is considered redeemed if the customer clicks on the email even if they don't use it. You could lose a lot of money purchasing and sending gift cards no one uses.

I book sales meetings online. I use Sendoso to both get people to agree to a meeting and thank them for coming to the meeting to increase the likelihood they show up.

I use Sendoso by sending eGift cards to prospects, clients, and partners to gain access and show appreciation for their time and business. It is a differentiator in the outside sales realm that sets us apart from the competition. An email with an attached coffee gift card is a great door opener and a welcomed email over the more common “salesy” spam emails.

  • It integrates into SalesLoft
  • Easy to use platform and you can track your progress
  • Although it integrates into SalesLoft, the way it sends Sendosos isn't embedded within the email to give more context. It's sent as an e-gift card only (often times landing in someone's spam rather than their inbox). A workaround is to copy the link and send within the email itself, rather than through Sendoso.
Good examples to use Sendoso
  • Promotions are a great reason to get in front of your prospect to congratulate them, without asking for anything in return (i.e. meeting). Helping you stand out among other sellers because there's genuine intent behind the email/Sendoso.
  • If someone just got back from PTO, you could send something like. "I saw you were on PTO for the last couple of days - hope you enjoyed your time off. I know when I go on vacation, I empty out my fridge. In case you do the same, let's ensure you aren't working your day away hungry. So, lunch is on me today!" You need to get crafty with your Sendosos if you want to see results (i.e. engagement).

We use Sendoso at my company for a variety of reasons. The top reasons we engage in the Sendoso platform are for customer milestones, sales cycle touch points, cross-sell/up-sell opportunity visibility, a new product launch for a customer, large sponsorships and events for bulk orders, employee celebrations, review and brand management campaigns, and customer testimonials, just to name a few! This allows our company to be very flexible in how we cater to our customers and new acquisition clients. We typically focus on using Sendoso as our primary incentivization to get in front of the client in a passive and delightful way, while also providing them some sort of value in the gifts during any decision-making process.

Sendoso would be great for companies that have high-level and extended sales cycles for their products. This allows you to continue to show interest and encouragement to close the deal throughout the lifecycle. It also helps with customer retention and experience for clients that are bringing in annual recurring revenue. I think Sendoso would be less efficient for teams of less than 50 people with a client base of 100 or less (depending on the level of the client). Ultimately, I don't think you would be able to get your return on investment not because of what Sendoso can or can't do, but because of the base starting price that may eat into the gains from sending gifts you might not get back.

We use Sendoso for inbound and outbound prospecting. Sendoso helps us warm up to prospects by letting us send gifts if they have a work anniversary, are new to their role, or have reached any milestone in their life such as having a baby or getting a promotion. Prospects are more willing to accept a meeting and this helps us build relationships and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Lets prospects choose what gift they want.
  • Tracks if the prospect has clicked or redeemed their gift.
  • Have prospects confirm their address before sending direct mail such as wine and cocktail kits.
  • Notifications when budget is about to expire.
  • Return budget to sales if the prospects don't redeem their gift in a timely manner (1-2 weeks) instead of months.
  • More international gifts.
Sendoso is well suited for anniversaries, milestones, and moving prospects through the sales cycle (ex: sending teams lunch during demos). I also like to send Sendoso for any inbounds that may come in, especially if they've been engaging with multiple content, attending webinars, and watching video demos. I don't use Sendoso as much for outbound prospecting.

We had a rocky start with Sendoso. First with them losing product, then items being shipped outside of SLA it was all-around not working out. We began to have weekly calls and were able to get back on track with re-ordering products and getting realistic and honest answers about what was going on. Now, Sendoso has turned into the asset it is known to be and has been great at delivering on its mission. We use it for delivering all types of gifts, swag and raffle items and are thankful they we able to make a change for the better.

This platform makes gift giving SO simple and easy to do. I love the way you can track prospects and if they have used the gift or not, the speed at which gifts can be sent, and the ability to send a quick gift card or send something unique. I have definitely pushed prospects over the edge to meet/move a meeting forward with this platform!

Everyone like a free lunch, and being thanked for jobs well done. It is a pleasure to both give - and receive gifts - plus the ability to have your recipient "gift" their own gifts enables "paying it forward" to all parties.

I too get rewarded when I do a good job and that is a win-win for the org and myself!

Sendoso helps us schedule meetings with prospective customers as well as confirm their attendance to our meetings/demos of our platform. We leverage Sendoso to "break through the noise" of calls/emails/etc. and stand out to leadership at various companies. For me, I love to send coffee gifts to either get 5 minutes on someone's calendar or to stand out by saying "hey I hope you're crushing it this month!"

It is well suited for those in sales who are trying to get face time with prospective customers or for those who want to thank individuals for meeting. It's a great touch that goes a long way whether it is a gift card or a physical gift. Sometimes it's not appropriate when you send a gift to someones front door and they take it the wrong way- typically I will send them an email to be on the look out.

I use Sendoso to send gifts to prospects, either as a gesture of congratulations, thank you, an enticement to meet with me for a discovery call, or to get them back on board for a demo.
  • It integrates well with Salesforce and Outreach
  • There are unique options
  • A prospect can choose from a few different options
  • There are so many buttons and drop downs to click before sending something; sometimes I miss one
  • You have to manually choose your settings of sending gifts every time; I wish there was a way to change the " default settings"
  • Sometimes the integration in Outreach lags, and when I'm on another prospects page and sending a gift it still auto-populates as the last prospect's email
It's better suited for very personalized sends. It is not ideal for mass sends.

Sendoso is great for outbound reps with the two examples below proving to be the strongest and most efficient uses in my experience:

1. Meeting confirmations with a gift card for coffee
2. Physical gifts of $50-$100 for a high level prospect to get their attention

Sendoso is not good for “luring” prospects in long term with the promise of a gift card for attending a meeting, webinar, etc.

We use Sendoso regularly among our business development department. It's been a large help with seamlessly and efficiently sending safe and fun gifts to prospects and clients across a wide geographic region and gift size.

Sending is easy, safe, and almost always receives very positive feedback from those who are redeeming. It's become such a large piece for us that it's now a part of our general training and has helped a great deal with gift giving to specific clients and helping personalize what otherwise is a rather "regular" act of kindness.

Sometimes it does not, so I copy each email in preparation, it would be nice to know that each time I open sendoso to send a gift that the email will NOT be the last person to receive a gift but instead the person I'm currently emailing.

Never not appropiate, you just need to know when its not necessary and wihch personalities generally don't appreciate being sent gifts like this from someone with "sales" in their job title.

For the purpose of when it is well suited: Beyond generic prospecting, it helps reignite old conversations and threads to bring them back to life, helping gift give to people in various countries and show you know a little bit about their culture (I.e. Canadians love Tim Hortons, and take pride that Lululemon is HQ'ed in Canada). It's great for offering the donation part of it to those who would prefer to donate to a charity. This is also good if there is a national event going on that is putting a rather "grim" outlook on the corporate world. Mentioning the recent tornado, hurricane, Breast cancer awareness month, etc... It's a great way to keep the sales pipeline growing and gears moving while being conscious and attentive to larger picture things going on in society without seeming ignorant or oblivious.

Our SDR'\s have been utilizing Sendoso for quite some time now to provide incentive to show up to discovery and demos, as well as accelerate the sales cycle. As someone who has used similar platforms before, Sendoso is by far the best! Specifically their customer service, we have never had such a smooth implementation process when adding on a new tool to our tech stack. Also, they really listen to their customers in regards to new product features! I highly recommend Sendoso!

Sendoso provides incentive to prospects for showing up to meetings, as well as, resisting conversations. I cannot tell you how much Sendoso has improved our no-show rate and increased our reschedules. We also use Sendoso for marketing campaigns, and the platform simplifies the process. The interface is pretty user friendly.

We use Sendoso for driving outbound opportunities with key prospects, in tandem with our other Marketing campaigns such as email nurture and display advertising. Sendoso helps us warm up prospects to be more open to talking to us and willing to accept a meeting and show kind gestures throughout the Sales cycle and build increased rapport.

Sendoso is well suited for B2B organizations that are looking to build increased rapport and book more meetings with key buyers. Sendoso is well suited for reaching prospects who are working from home or in the office. Sendoso may not be as appropriate for companies with a wide global prospect base where the majority of people are not located in the US/Canada.
