I really enjoy the customizable features that Jotform allows user even in the free "starter" level. I've used other online survey builders and in the short time I've used Jotform I feel like an absolute pro. The interface is super user-friendly. Jotform's surveys don't "monkey" around, they are legit and fun to create!

I started using Jotform tool as a novice. I had no formal training on creating forms and surveys, but was able to quickly navigate my way on the Jotform website. I literally am still discovering all of its capabilities. I initially sought it out as a helpful tool for event planning. I typically have used Jotform to create various forms including, but not limited to Sign-up sheets for internal staff events, meeting or initiative surveys, Event/Activity RSVP forms, Disclaimer forms, Waiver forms, etc.

We use it to gather information about the organizational culture, the functioning of the teams, and the profile of the leaders. Its design allows us to quickly design forms that have the functionality and aesthetics we are looking for. The answers can be easily downloaded to be processed in Excel. In all these years we have received very good customer service.

well it really help me to build some kind of web/apps for my company, i can learn from Jotform how to use automation, even though i just building some reservations form for user on my office, it really helps me a lot!, i will reccomend this to my friends. one more reccomendations at least pricing terms should be have cheaper options. 30$/ months for just an simple apps is too much make it 10-15 with 500 submission or 200 submission

We use Jotform for our Purchase Order approvals, team member staff files and basic CRM database. While initially a little overwhelming, I have found that Jotform is an excellent site for my company to use to collect necessary information. Their customer support is top notch - responses are fast and thorough, and their integrations are plentiful. There are also so many helpful tutorials! The only other thing I wish were available would be an a la mode menu for your account - meaning, the only additional thing I would need would be more signed form availability. In order to get that, though, I have to upgrade to so much more that I wouldn't need. Other than that, though, I am very pleased with Jotform!

The forms are VERY easy to create and even easier to use. There are pre-defined forms that you can leverage as well. The other great thing about this company is their customer service- a few times I went on the chat as I couldn't figure out how to do something and they were able to help me. There are also a lot of informational videos online to help with form development.
