We are a logistics service provider and are in the industry for 40 years.Being a traditional business house its really difficult to implement Modern Softwares as existing team will not accept modern technologies.Because of this generation gap we are had lot of issues in implemeting zoho on initial stages.

As far as considering problems with the business, just like any business house we did have lot of issues especially with meeting our customer demand on real time basis and providing them with timely data.Also we had too many un used manpower and we sorted it out using zoho creator.

We were able to identify our weaker side and patch it with multiple methods which slowly increased our profit

We need to know the services that we gave to our customers and the storage they have with us. when we started it was easy to use excel, but once our customer's base grew it was impossible. ZOHO creator can support so many features - it is amazing.

It's always perceived that wedding photographers have the best job and it's all fun. However, in reality, it's the most complex service offering in the whole wedding industry because it's the only service that has a very long customer lifecycle—90+ days—and also the riskiest. For the first few years, Studio 31 was busy building a strong foundation, and it solely focused on the creative aspect of the business, along with great customer service. From inquiry to delivery, there were more than 37 processes that had to be diligently followed to provide a hassle-free experience for its customers. For Studio 31, everything was smooth initially, when we captured a limited number of weddings. ZOHO Creator is primarily used for digital transformation. We take our historical manual and paper-based processes and digitize them with automated workflow. This allowed us to automatically integrate our processes and provided a real-time Management Information System.

I use Zoho Creator to create and manage various lite databases to store information. The software is very easy to use and manipulate into any form or spreadsheet style tool you want to use. I currently have 3 different creator tools setup and being used across different departments at our company.

Zoho Creator is used in almost every department in Emirates Logistics India, We have been able to solve and automate manual processes of various departments like HR, IT, Operations, CS to name a few. Zoho Creator has allowed our On Filed employees who doesn't have access to system, they are not able to upload the required details using the Zoho Creator Mobile App. Another problem we solved was for HR, developed the Recruitment module for them to be able to track, trace, and record every recruitment data in single system. Another Application created for Managing Companies Compliances, helps the Taxation and HR Compliance to be sure no compliance is missed, system even provides notification of expiry.

We used the Zoho creator for the beginning of our business. It is really a great platform and also a pack of all services that are much needed for the start-up on this age. It is also very cheap and fast to on board with the setup process with amazing assistance of the team.

We needed to solve an internal problem by creating a new online software. One of the main requirement was to find something that we could create and give maintenance by ourselves, with no-code or low-code skills. Then with Zoho Creator we had the possibility to hire a company to develop the basis of our new software and then we could evaluate inside with our team.

I use Zoho Creator Platform to develop web and mobile based apps to automate processes and generate reports, with integration with front end and back end apps, including e-commerce platform, ERP, payment gateway, SMS gateway, logistics platforms... etc.

We use our custom apps on the Zoho Creator Platform to manage all our business aspects. Sales, Operations, Trainees Registration, and more.

We use it to track patient movements across healthcare settings, collect visit data and charges, and send notifications to specific stakeholders about their assigned patients whena new event is recorded.

Zoho Creator is a low to no code solution that enables businesses to create custom applications quickly and cheaply.

Zoho Creator is a wonderful app and a program we use to manage data heavy components of our business. Creator is a great complement to Zoho CRM, where we manage most of our customers. The ability for Zoho Creator to talk to or syn with the Zoho CRM is what makes this tool so valuable. Part of our business includes entering and storing a lot of data. Once entered we use this data to generate intuitive reports and dashboards to give us insights in to this part of our business.

We use Zoho Creator as a low code tool. Major use cases are if we have to quickly build a solution prototype and test it. Apart from that if there are any solutions that need to be built for an internal audience, we try using a low code approach. In both the use cases, it helps in reducing time to market and cost to build.

We publish books. About 200 per year. Each book has around 50 separate pieces of data associated with it. Publication date, warehouse due date, printers, print quantities, trim size, editorial team, etc. We use Zoho Creator as our "bible" for all books we own and publish. It is the one-stop source for all authoritative data regarding each title we publish. The entire company uses our custom-built Creator database to maintain ongoing updates of every title, of which we now have thousands.

Beneficial and unique email service, I have been using it for five years for my freelancing and other business opportunities. I use it full time on my Smartphone to get updates of my transactions. Replies by some companies. It is somehow better than Google because it is easier to understand than Google. The app is excellent and Organize with Unique UI.

We use Creator for the management of our College enrolment process. We have 2 users, myself as the app developer and my PA as the app user. We receive over 500 expressions of interest (EOI) per annum. We use the automation capabilities of ZOHO to manage the enrolment process - initiation (EOI) > applicant providing pre interview information > interview booking > Course selections > Report uploading > Special applications ( Scholarships etc). We have now extended the use of Creator for staff leave management and student course change tracking.

We use a Course Management app in Zoho Creator to track activity in our English language courses that we give onsite at our customers' place of business or homes. We have all schedules set up and classes can be cancelled and rescheduled on the app. In addition, we collect attendance and lesson plan information for each class. The information that is input creates reports and also creates invoices from teachers for the classes that they have taught.

I have elevated and improved business and laboratory workflows to the cloud using Zoho Creator. For example, we had an inventory system siloed in three different departments. Now we have one system in Zoho Creator that drives the whole process . In another instance, we had an ill defined analytical request system without a transparent workflow. I created a well defined and totally transparent workflow using Zoho Creator so everybody knows where their requests stand in priority and when the results are available. Additionally, the app was duplicated and is now also used at our Chinese affiliate. Finally we had a need for tracking time on projects. I deployed a time tracking tool that is now used in 6 countries by over 70 users.

We use Zoho Creator as a backend database and database tool set to help us automate real estate contracts.
