One of the primary business problems that HubSpot Marketing Hub addresses for us is lead generation. With HubSpot Marketing Hub, we are able to create landing pages and forms that capture leads and integrate them into our CRM system. This allows us to effectively manage our leads and track their behavior and engagement with our brand. We also use the lead scoring and lead nurturing features to qualify and prioritize leads based on their actions, which helps us focus our efforts on the most promising opportunities.
- Lead generation and management - HubSpot Marketing Hub provides a suite of tools for capturing, managing, and nurturing leads. The landing pages, forms, and lead scoring features are particularly effective at driving conversions and prioritizing leads based on their level of engagement.
- Email marketing - HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a robust set of features for creating, sending, and optimizing email campaigns. The A/B testing and automated email workflows features make it easy to test and improve campaign performance, while the analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights for measuring results.
- Social media management - With HubSpot Marketing Hub, you can manage all your social media channels in one place, schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and track performance. This makes it easy to streamline your social media efforts and stay on top of your social media presence.
- Pricing - While HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful and feature-rich platform, it can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses.
- Customization - While HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a lot of flexibility and customization options, there are some areas where it falls short. For me it's with the limited design options for emails.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub could improve its integration capabilities with other tools, as there are still some notable gaps in its current capabilities.
But if you have a more complex sales proces, or you need more flexibility/customization options. It may not be able to meet these specific needs.
HubSpot Review: Hands-Down the Best All-in-One Marketing Tool
- Integrated Solution: HubSpot provides a way to integrate all online marketing efforts to ensure that all campaigns have a strategic and integrated focus. This allows companies to have a truly closed loop marketing strategy.
- Customer Support: Their customer support team is second to none. They constantly have individuals available on their support team, and they quickly and seamlessly assist with support questions.
- Innovative: HubSpot enables individuals and companies to make the most of their marketing campaigns, and utilize the latest in inbound marketing. HubSpot is always at the cutting edge on what's next in marketing, and allow their users to stay ahead of the curve.
- I only find one area where there could be some improvement, and that is the migration process. Bringing a new customer on board can sometimes just be a bit tedious. The job always gets done well, but the communication isn't as seamless as it is with leads and existing customers.
Review of HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Has a fancy name
- Improve the social media scheduling options
- Allow for approved users to view calendars and approve schedules
I did not want to try Hubspot. I pushed myself and I am so happy I did. It made my work so much easier.
- Tracking communication
- Templates
- Organizing the day's work
- Reliability of data
- Offering details about which campaigns worked and provided leads
- Setting up deals (maybe just hard for me)
- Sharing templates with others
- Setting up dashboards
To be honest, if you are in sales and marketing, I cannot think of scenarios where HubSpot Marketing Hub cannot help. All I would like to say is, when using templates, pay attention to where you send them - you may need some personalization. I would encourage the management of HubSpot Marketing Hub to create short tutorials for beginners like me who need to configure and start using various features: setting up deals, templates, and dashboards.
- Easy to use
- Contact details on Members
- Email scheduling
- Reporting
- Building emails from HTML
- Personalization for more than 2 segments
- No SMS

Catch-all for marketing
- Condensed the marketing tech stack
- Data analytics and customization
- Integrates different vendors
- HubSpot Academy
- Draw a tighter line between marketing and development functionalities
- It would be great to find a way to automate SEO efforts
Hubspot is spot on for scaling B2B SaaS companies
- All-in-one software - the main thing HubSpot does well is the breadth of functionality.
- Easy of use - personally, I find it more intuitive than Marketo, which is the other MAP that I know well.
- Ads - I like that we can drill down on ads by channel, ad group, campaign, and even create and see performance data at each level.
- ABM - HubSpot was built for inbound marketing, which is lead-centric. There is now ABM functionality, but it's less developed than other parts of the platform.
- CMS - I found their page builder relatively difficult to use. I would recommend using a landing page builder like unbounce as a complement to HubSpot.
- Reporting - I've run into more limitations with HubSpot report building than I have in Salesforce.
Go for it! Hubspot never lets your marketing plans come down.
- Run email campaigns with high delivery rate
- Lead managing
- Best customer service
- Helps in lead conversion
- SEO, Blogs and social media availability
- Mobile app can be improved a lot.
- Bit pricy.
Prove attribution or die trying
- Email design and deployment
- Contact record management
- Site integration
- Integration with project management tools
- Automating lead scoring
- Reporting integration with 3rd party tools
Awesome platform no matter what industry
- Easy to use the platform
- The ads portion is so simple and makes stuff like remarketing on social platforms super simple.
- Campaigns are excellent for keeping an eye on the all parts of the campaign from setting and tracking goals to integrating all of the pieces in one simple place.
- Landing pages - super simple to use to create effective landing pages.
- I would love to see some additional landing pages designs. They are effective but lack finish. You need someone that can code the landing pages to make them really pop.
- Integrating other parts on hubspot a little better.
- Forms could use a little help, maybe with some conditional fields.
Hubspot does a lot of things well but only some things really well
- A/B testing has been really effective for our landing pages and emails.
- Adding our website to Hubspot has made it easier to make fast changes and get quality data and insights.
- Emails are easy to create and share between teams to get feedback and collaborate on.
- While Hubspot has added some collaborative tools, I think this could improve. I'd like to see more options to comment on emails and ways of being able to share out changes as well as approval channels.
- The ability to update ads via the calendar is pretty cumbersome. There's no good way to bulk edit or update. You have go into each one individually.
- Real time edits would be nice. If you have multiple people working on the same thing, you'll get kicked out and your changes might not be saved.
What if Hubspot's Marketing Hub is exactly what you needed?
- Email Marketing
- Automated Emails
- Increase of Lead response time
- Integration in our website
- Sales analytics from website and emails
- Maybe the workflows could be better regarding time frames? Workflows are "yes or no" but could be more specific regarding time or just days of the week.
My number 1 choice of CRM, but it needs updates!
- Workflows
- Landing page Creation
- Campaign tracking
- Better integration with Salesforce
- Easier template editing
- Easier access to custom fonts
HubSpot CRM: A Top Choice for a Business' First CRM
- Organize, segment, and details on Contacts
- Integrates with Salesforce Sales Cloud to augment Salesforce information
- Email, call, and update contacts from within HubSpot
- Revenue attribution is functional, but limited
- No native event management module
- Contacts currently groups Leads and Contacts from Salesforce
HubSpot is a wonderful marketing tool!
- Email Marketing - Better than you ever imagined, so many options and great tools. Works great on all platforms and it's very user friendly. UX and UI are the best!
- CRM - Helpful and has a lot of information about your client, such as how they got to your website and which pages they have visited.
- Prices - You're either a big agency, or not big enough to be able to afford it. no middle ground in their pricing.
- CMS is not what I expected, currently it is too complicated.
Why I love HubSpot and why you should love it also.
- Content management - it facilitates the creation of any piece of content. From a post to social networks, a blog post, a mailing or Landing Page.
- Contact management - because it allows for a total tracking of each user from reaching away until it becomes a client. Also it helps to monitor the life cycle of each contact and creating smart for debugging database lists.
- Keyword management - I love completely handling the keywords of HubSpot because it helps you to do research, it helps you track and in each publication helps you with optimizing contents.
- The forms - with smart fields [you can] avoid asking the same information from frequent contacts and this helps us limit our database with additional information about each person.
- Keywords suggestions only work in English and short tail keywords.
- Pricing more realistic for some markets
- Maybe some ambassador or entrepreneur program
An Inbound Market's Ideal Software
- Content creation
- Data vizualization
- Contact properties
- Customer support
- Email analytics
- Easier way to access "big picture" data
- Better collaboration with other tools
- E-commerce capabilities
- Video capabilities on email
HubSpot - The future of marketing automation
- Landing page creation.
- A/B testing.
- Analytics.
- Content segmentation.
- Not enough reporting.
- scoring system is very basic.
- Analytics are not good enough.
- I have done planning that involves automatic processes of the software to upload my leads.
- I have no problems integrating HubSpot Marketing Hub with other platforms. It has unrivaled potential.
- I have been able to monitor customers and then analyze their demands. The support is excellent.
- The interface deserves to have more colors, I know they have made updates with new themes, but the colors are dull.
- The blogging tool is so easy to use. You just enter the text and follow the SEO requirements and voila! - optimized blog posts in minutes.
- Creating conversion paths in HubSpot is simple because there are templates available, you can customize your own and build thank you emails, forms, landing pages, and connect them all together so they're ready to start converting leads!
- The social publishing tool could use some improvements. There is no library function, so updates can't be reused in a customized posting schedule. They're just scheduled for a certain date and time as a use-once update.
User-friendly marketing automation platform
- Ease of use
- Easy to set up automations and workflows
- Contact views to incorporate contact activity
- Chat support is prompt and helpful
- Company pages don't roll up contact activity
